Zodiac

Zodiac is a Swiss watch brand founded by Ariste Calame in Le Locle in 1882. It became famous for dive watches—especially the Sea Wolf, whose first public appearances date to the late 1950s (often mythologised as 1953). Fossil Group acquired Zodiac in 2001 while keeping Swiss production for the core line.

Today Zodiac emphasises mid-century dive and sport heritage with modern reinterpretations of Sea Wolf, Super Sea Wolf and related models. The brand sits in accessible Swiss sports-watch territory under Fossil ownership, with strong recognition among dive-watch enthusiasts.
