These Terms govern the use of Stotna (stotna.com), a specialised online marketplace for watches and accessories. By registering or using the site you accept them.

1Operator

2What Stotna is

Stotna is a place where users publish listings for watches and accessories, browse other users' listings, communicate, make offers and propose barters.

Stotna is not a party to any transaction. We do not sell or buy watches, do not hold funds in escrow, offer no wallet, process no payments for watches and take no commission on sales. Buyer and seller agree directly on price, payment method, delivery, meeting, inspection and every other term of their deal.

3Registration and account

Registration requires a valid email address and is open to persons aged 18 or over.
The nickname you choose is public. Your email and phone number are never shown publicly.
You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping your password safe.
One person — one account. Accounts created to circumvent restrictions are closed.
The "Email verified" label means only that the address was confirmed by its owner. Stotna does not verify identity, solvency or good faith.

4Listings

A listing must truthfully describe the specific item you offer and show photos of that very item.
Technical data is entered in structured form from Stotna's database. Free text is for history, provenance and additional information.
Prices are in euro (EUR) only.
Authenticity must be declared: original, modified or replica. A replica presented as an original leads to an immediate block of the account. Offering replicas may be unlawful; you are responsible for complying with applicable law.
Listing stolen goods, items you have no right to dispose of, or misleading information is prohibited.

5Deals between users

A deal is concluded between buyer and seller. Stotna does not guarantee its performance, nor the quality, authenticity or condition of the item.
We recommend inspecting before paying, meeting in a public place and avoiding advance payments to strangers. Our tips do not replace your own judgement.
Any claim in connection with a deal is addressed to the other party to it.

6Fees and paid services

Publishing listings is free unless the Pricing page expressly states otherwise.
Paid services (extra listings, packages, plans, promotions) are requested through the site and activated after confirmation and payment. Prices are in euro; an invoice is issued to the details you provide.
If you are a consumer under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days. By requesting immediate activation you agree that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
An activated service is non-refundable unless the law provides otherwise.

7Prohibited conduct

The following is prohibited: circumventing the authenticity rules; spam and bulk messaging; harassment; publishing other people's personal data; automated scraping of content; attempts to access other accounts or the administration; any use that breaks the law or infringes third-party rights.

8Moderation

Stotna may hide or remove listings, request edits, warn, suspend or block accounts for breaches of these Terms or the Listing rules. The reason is communicated to the affected user. Listings are reported through the "Report" button on every listing.

9Content and rights

The content you publish (text, photos) remains yours. By publishing it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display and distribute it within the platform and for promoting it, for as long as the listing is public. You warrant that you have the right to publish it.

Stotna's database (brands, models, references, specifications) and the platform's design are our property and may not be copied or used outside the platform without permission.

10Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Stotna is not liable for damages arising from deals between users, from user-generated content, from temporary unavailability of the service or from loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11Termination

You may close your account at any time by writing to hello@stotna.com. We may terminate your access for breach of these Terms. Listings and messages may be retained in anonymised form where necessary to defend legal claims.

12Changes

We may change these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the platform at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after they take effect means acceptance.

13Governing law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies. Disputes are resolved by the competent court in Sofia unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise. Consumers may also contact the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission (kzp.bg) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
