Rainer Brand

Rainer Brand is an independent German watch brand founded in 1992 in Heimbuchenthal (Spessart, Bavaria) by master watchmaker Rainer Brand. His first model, the Havanna—later renamed Panama after a naming dispute—set the tone for small-batch, handcrafted mechanical watches designed and finished in Germany with Swiss movements.

The brand has earned design recognition, including a Red Dot Award for the Panama Take Five automatic. Rainer Brand remains a boutique “Made in Germany” name for enthusiasts who value artisanal production volumes over mass fashion licensing.
