Festina

Festina originated in 1902 with the Stüdi family in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, later moved toward Spain, and was acquired in 1984 by Spanish entrepreneur Miguel Rodríguez, who already owned Lotus. The combination created Festina Lotus S.A. (Festina Group), headquartered in Spain, which later absorbed brands such as Jaguar, Candino and Calypso. Festina is widely known for accessible quartz and mechanical watches and for long association with cycling sponsorship (including the Tour de France era).
