Election

Election is a historic Swiss watch brand from La Chaux-de-Fonds, commonly dated to 1904. It produced mechanical wrist and pocket watches in the first half of the 20th century and appears in period catalogs and collector references. Like many regional Swiss names, Election faded with industry consolidation and the quartz crisis; surviving pieces are mainly of interest to collectors. Modern commercial activity under the name is limited compared with continuously operating houses.
