About Bremont
Bremont was founded in 2002 by the brothers Nick and Giles English and is based in Henley-on-Thames, England. The company's aviation orientation follows from the founders' background: their father, Euan English, was a former RAF pilot with a doctorate in aeronautical engineering, and much of the early catalogue was built around pilots' watches and chronographs such as the ALT1 series. The MB line, developed with the ejection-seat maker Martin-Baker, and the Supermarine dive watches are the other two pillars of the range, and Bremont has produced a long run of limited editions for military units and squadrons.
Bremont's watches are chronometer-rated, and since 2021 they have been assembled at The Wing, the company's purpose-built manufacturing facility outside Henley. In 2023 an investor group led by Bill Ackman's Hellcat Acquisitions took a majority stake; the English brothers left the board in 2025 and remain brand ambassadors, with Davide Cerrato serving as chief executive.
